Putting You All on Notice
Kash Patel explicitly stated that he and Steve Bannon are "putting you all on notice" and that "we're going to come after you—whether it's criminal or civilly, we'll figure that out" in reference to members of the media who they believe "lied about American citizens" and "helped Joe Biden rig presidential elections."
Bannon directly addressed and threatened the producers of MSNBC's Morning Joe show, saying "And I want the Morning Joe producers that watch us, and all the producers that watch us—this is just not rhetoric. We're absolutely dead serious."
So Patel and Bannon unambiguously warned that if Trump returns to power, they intend to go after media figures like the Morning Joe hosts and staff, either criminally or through civil lawsuits, for their perceived lies and role in the 2020 election.
